About

Wendover Court consists of two blocks of red brick flats situated above attractive shops in Chiltern Street, Marylebone. It is close to Regent’s Park - one of the most beautiful open spaces of London – and the excellent shops and restaurants of Marylebone High Street. The building, which was constructed in the late nineteenth century, was designed by the Victorian architect, F.T. Pilkington.

In 1992, following a lengthy legal process, the freeholder granted a head lease on the property to Wendover Court Management Ltd, a company formed by the leaseholders.

One of the features of Wendover Court is that the building is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the leaseholders, as well as Rendall & Rittner - a building management company.
